This film tells the story of a teacher named Dorman from Shuixi Elementary School, along with her younger brother Ding Nan and several volunteers, who formed the Shuixiyuan Public Welfare Team to help the people of Shuixi Village start businesses, become rich, and lift themselves out of poverty.
